The Practical aspect of BBF consist of these parts and layers , so far:
A.Principals:
1- positioning: where are we?
2-setting targets: where do we want to go?
3-solving problem we encounter in the way to the target , by :
3.1-Finding Main Question to be solved.
3.2- Dividing it some Other Questions
3.3- Finding answers to those sub Questions
3.3- Solving the problem
4-looping trough steps above

for instance if I want to know what is my position ,but external forces don`t let me to think deeply,I can keep peace with others to find a free mind and time to think. I ask myself "how can I treat them to get rid of of their Annoyance. the answer is :Diplomacy is the art of keeping peace , so I can use a diplomatic way of treatment .
but what is diplomacy :
1- analyzing purposes and profits of others .
2-the most important part is understanding
3-negotiation to agree on some results ,if needed.

Understanding is very powerful tool for us in many areas. for example by spending enough amount of understanding we can over come temptations of joy.

B.Best Practices
1- Having Systems
2- Having programs,plans and schedules
3- using Tools
4- Automation
5- Continuity and relation of tasks / preserving and using outcomes
....
in this article I describe having system.

1.Having systems :
Having system has an important role in our life .
some key aspects of a system is:

1 - Place : for instance where to put to backups?
2 - Time period: what time to backup?
3 - Tool : for example backup by which tools ?

1.1- Having
backup system is necessary to backup every
address,telephone,note,passwords,document and etc.
a simple example can be this:
backup every __ file every __ in a folder specified by the time and date using
this windows batch file(.bat):

set var1=%date% %time% %1
rem echo "%var1%"
set var1=%var1:/=-%
set var1=%var1::=.%
rem echo "%var1%"
rem pause
md "%var1%"

1.2-
another example can be buying system, selling system,
payment system and receive system .

...

1.3-Having system of assessment : judgment is needed to make decisions and it must be done in a systematic ,measurable way. this measure can be rules or other things.this systematic approach reduces errors in judgment.
..

2- Having programs,plans and schedules
this is an example for a time based program:

at least these items must be in weekly or even daily programs:
-setting and reviewing and manipulating goals compared to works done.
